**Job Summary**
The Program Supervisor will provide reflective supervision to Foster Care Specialists, Advanced Specialists, and Lead Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement. This role will also provide support and back-up to members of the team when needed and collaborate with internal and external partners, including child welfare, clinical staff, and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
**Responsibilities**
- Provide reflective supervision to Foster Care Specialists, Advanced Specialists, and Lead Specialists.
- Be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement.
- Provide support and back-up to members of the team when needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including child welfare, clinical staff, and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
- At least two years' social services experience, with child welfare experience highly desirable.
- Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
**Compensation and Benefits**
This position offers a competitive salary range starting at $66,900, with offers commensurate with experience. Additional compensation includes a one-time $3,000 CWEL recognition payment. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 3+ weeks paid time off in the first year, 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with match.
**Location and Schedule**
This is a full-time, salaried position with general business hours and some flexibility required for on-call responsibility and special projects. The location is hybrid, with the requirement to be within reasonable driving distance to Chicago, IL.
