Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective case plans to address their social, emotional, and economic challenges.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience in social services or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices, as well as experience working with diverse populations and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple cases and responsibilities.
  • Valid California driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
