We are in search of a highly skilled Geospatial Systems Consultant with a wealth of expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specifically within the utilities domain, including Electric, Gas, Telecom, and Water sectors. The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial experience with enterprise-level systems, IT management, and client-facing consultancy. This role requires a professional who excels in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise solutions rather than just performing troubleshooting or mapping tasks. The individual must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline

- Over 10 years of experience in GIS

- At least 5 years of experience in GIS Consulting

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Utilities GIS

- Proficient in RDBMS technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP Hana)

- Expertise in ArcFM Desktop and XI Series, ArcGIS Pro, Esri's Utility Network, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, and ArcGIS Experience Builder

- Familiarity with Python and Geoprocessing Tools

- Competence in SQL querying

- Experience in Web Server Administration and IIS

- IT system troubleshooting capabilities

Interpersonal Skills

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong project management abilities

- Proven customer-facing consulting skills

Employment Type

This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 12 months.
