Job Overview

The Network Planning Technician II plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of structured cabling infrastructure. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to inspect field installations, create technical documentation, and ensure contractors meet contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structured cabling field inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support project delivery
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure they meet contractual requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to management and team members
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience in structured cabling and network infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Wireless Access Points, and Mesh Networking
