Network Performance Specialist

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Network Performance Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform system verification testing, integration, commissioning, and optimization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and summarize test data to evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize networks to meet contracted KPIs.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of networks to ensure data accuracy, adherence to established standards, and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and initiate projects to maintain sites in compliance with standard of care guidelines.
- Evaluate and plan for capital improvements over the life cycle of the networks to effectively utilize capital improvement budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and more than 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of IP theory, planning, configuration, integration, testing, and security.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of radio access network, with ability to manage radio network functions and associated parameters, key performance indicators, and counters.
- Approximately 80% travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
