Network Performance Engineer

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Network Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform system verification testing, integration, commissioning, and optimization to meet contracted key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze and summarize test data to evaluate performance against KPIs and optimize networks to meet contracted KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of networks to ensure data accuracy, adherence to established standards, and compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and initiate projects to maintain sites in compliance with standard of care guidelines.
  • Evaluate and plan for capital improvements over the life cycle of the networks to effectively utilize capital improvement budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of directly involved network performance, optimization, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate certification preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
