Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to create the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products, anchored in the customer's needs. As a key member of our Product & Technology team, you will mentor Product Owners, define product requirements, and champion the vision to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive customer value and business growth
  • Mentor Product Owners to define product requirements and champion the vision to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on launching new products to an established customer base
  • Proven track record of collaborating across all levels of the organization
  • Customer-focused and outcome-driven, with a strong desire for continuous improvement
  • Data-driven and insights-driven, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Domain expertise in creating products targeted to IT professionals
