Develop and maintain comprehensive risk metrics and dashboards to monitor business risks
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and potential risk exposure, providing insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with business units to assess risk appetite, thresholds, and limits, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall risk framework
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve risk controls and enhance the risk management framework

Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on risk management and data analysis within the financial industry
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, e.g., Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to see the big picture with high attention to critical details
