Job Summary

Bristol Village is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care Services: Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Resident Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, feeding, and mobility, as per their individualized care plans.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and report resident care services, including any changes or concerns, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Universal Worker: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and activities to promote a positive and engaging living environment.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to resident emergencies, such as falls or medical incidents.

Work Schedule

Available shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with up to 40 hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs and preferences.
