Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate

Compensation: $ /hr

Location: Clarence, NY

Key Responsibilities
  • Operates machinery for metal fabrication and finishing to cut, bend, shape, and/or finish metal components according to client specifications.
  • Assembles, adjusts, and repairs both subassemblies and major assemblies.
  • Logs job activities, including counts, using the labor tracking system.
  • Keeps an accurate tally of parts; applies labels or tags to processed materials indicating customer, part number, quantity, and work order details.
Required Skills
  • Comfortable handling and positioning sheet metal.
  • Able to lift and manage pallets.
  • Mechanically adept.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
Work Schedule
  • 2nd Shift - M-F 2PM-10:30PM
Work Environment
  • Machine shop setting; exposure to dust, grease, and metal shavings is common.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory, including safety glasses and steel-toed footwear.
