ServiceNow HRSD Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HRSD solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HRSD solutions using ServiceNow
  • Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
  • Work with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
  • Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro
  • Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
  • Experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets, along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X), Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
