Position Overview: We are in search of a Vice President of Lithium Metal Production to spearhead the evolution of lithium metal manufacturing from research stages to commercial implementation. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to enhance process efficiency, drive business growth, and oversee the adoption of advanced lithium metal technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development and scaling of lithium metal production methodologies.
  • Lead a team focused on piloting lithium metal production initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of lithium metal anodes.
  • Ensure the scalability of laboratory methods for broader application.
  • Offer technical expertise to project teams throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Science or Engineering.
