Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Epsilon. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our data center. This includes assisting team members with new builds in remote sites, working with different departments to deploy new environments, and maintaining a clean and organized data center.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assist in the day-to-day operations of the data center
- Assist team members with new builds in remote sites
- Work with different departments to deploy new environments
- Maintain a clean and organized data center
- Receive, deploy, cable, and document new equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of data center hardware and networking infrastructure
- Rack and stack data center equipment, including servers, networking devices, and monitoring systems
- Monitor and respond to tickets in a ticketing environment
- Document activities and create/modify SOPs
- Decommission life cycle of data center hardware
- Inventory process, order replacement parts, and return failed parts as required
- 2 years of data center experience
- Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge Servers
- Knowledge of Dell iDRAC
- Knowledge of data center power types and standards
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interest in learning new DC concepts
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Process-oriented
- RACADM CLI
- Knowledge of Network topography
- Dell Openmanage Enterprise experience
