Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in care delivery.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
