About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Specialist in the HR division. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase our organization's employer brand.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will use your expertise to deliver key messages about our organization's mission and culture. Your creativity will shine through in the development of engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Marketing to gain valuable experience in HR and social media marketing while working remotely with occasional onsite responsibilities at our Cincinnati office location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase GCBHS's employer brand.
  • Use creative methods to deliver key messages about the organization's mission and culture.
  • Create engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent.
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, both virtually and in person, representing the Talent Acquisition team.
