Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build lasting relationships with Personal Lines clients
  • Quoting policy changes, rewriting existing policies, and reviewing renewals
  • Reporting claims to insurance company and acting as the liaison with clients
  • Communicate with Underwriters when necessary
  • Completion of client applications, certifications of insurance, and all related paperwork
  • Assisting clients with account billing questions, updating payment schedules, etc.
Requirements:
  • Wisconsin P&C License
  • Minimum of 4 years Personal Lines account management experience
  • Commercial Lines experience a plus
  • Strong technical skills including insurance related software
  • High level of professional savvy, extremely personable, and genuinely enjoys client interaction
  • Strong attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and highly organized
