Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to our officiating staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our video review platforms and other technology systems.
- Video Production: Assist in the production of recorded and live training sessions, including editing high-quality training videos from footage created by our training staff.
- System Management: Manage our video review platforms and other technology systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Game Day Support: Provide technical support during games, ensuring that our officiating staff has access to the technology they need to perform their duties.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, media production, or computer science.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field, such as video production, technical support, or football operations.
- Skills: Post-production editing skills, proficiency in common business software, and knowledge of football-focused video review platforms.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of football operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often stressful environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our officiating staff and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift cases and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
- Travel: Ability to travel, including weekends and holidays, as required for officiating meetings, league meetings, and other events.
The salary for this position is $27-$27 USD per hour, with opportunities for overtime and professional development. The National Football League offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
