  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conflict resolution and team leadership.
  • Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
