Job Summary

The General Housekeeping Attendant will provide guests with an exceptional and memorable experience that showcases our commitment to excellence and attention to detail. This role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors immediately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information and basic guest requests
