Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for performing complex engineering work, including designing, implementing, and evaluating electrical systems of varying size and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Preliminary design, budgetary estimating, and scheduling
  • Detailed design, estimating, and scheduling
  • Equipment specification, proposal evaluation, and requisitioning
  • Engineering calculations to assure safety and performance of equipment and systems
  • Selection and application of appropriate engineering matters, equipment, and systems
  • Interdisciplinary interface for constructability and conformance to project requirements
  • Coordinating design engineering and equipment delivery to meet construction schedules
  • Acquisition of on-site measurements and other data to accomplish the design or enable the evaluation of equipment performance
  • Checking completed job for quality, adequacy of design, and documentation
  • Monitor the construction of various electrical systems as assigned to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Qualifications

  • Shall be an Engineer IV (Lead Engineer) or the equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years of appropriate experience in the designated engineering field
  • Shall possess a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program or the equivalent amount of experience in the designated engineering field

Compensation

Salary will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program.
