The Challenge

We're seeking a talented Instructional Systems Designer to join our team and support a brand-new program with a classified government customer. As an ISD, you'll be responsible for executing all facets of the training development life-cycle, including instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support.

You'll conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses, select and design innovative instructional and learning strategies, develop and execute training courses and performance support products, and perform quality assurance and quality control activities.

Additionally, you'll create and conduct training evaluations, identify and assess risks associated with training project plans and schedules, and manage and execute all aspects of training projects.

What Sets You Apart

To be considered for this role, you must possess a TS/SCI with poly and have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.

Experience with Instructional Design is a must, and you should have demonstrated experience in identifying performance gaps or learning needs, formally documenting instructional design plans, using empirical data to make instructional design decisions, and ensuring instructional solutions address performance gaps.

You may also have experience with online learning platforms and tools, previous experience as a facilitator, and Instructional Design Certification from an accredited institution.
