We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall performance of the Housekeeping department, including guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor.
- Execute the training of all associate Hotel, Executive, and Housekeeper staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the Housekeeping department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
