Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician, Reagents will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of reagents production and maintenance activities. This includes performing routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, cleaning production areas, and assisting in waste management and chemical/biohazard disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems
  • Schedule external maintenance and calibration of equipment
  • Perform regular cleaning of production areas
  • Assist in waste management and chemical/biohazard disposal
  • Maintain stockrooms and focused material storage within production areas
  • Stage material for production; Perform timely and accurate inventory cycle counts
  • Perform timely and accurate inventory-based transactions in Oracle
  • Perform scanning and archiving of quality records; Assist in kitting and labeling processes
  • May perform preparation of low complexity reagents
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, process engineering or a related field preferred
  • 1+ Years Some work experience in a Life Sciences, Chemistry, Bio/Mechanical, or Medical Technology related industry preferable in an FDA regulated and/or ISO certified operation
