Senior Property Insurance Litigation Attorney

Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., a plaintiff's civil litigation firm with a presence in Florida and Colorado, is seeking a seasoned attorney to lead its new North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property insurance litigation, with experience in handling first-party insurance disputes on behalf of property owners and contractors. Key responsibilities will include drafting and arguing motions, preparing pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations. The successful candidate will also be expected to generate new business and have a portable book of business.
