Position Overview:
Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., a distinguished plaintiff's civil litigation firm operating in multiple states, is on the lookout for a mid to senior-level attorney with a robust background in property insurance litigation to lead its new office in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases representing property owners and contractors in first-party insurance disputes.
  • Draft and argue motions, as well as prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, and engage in firm-sponsored marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Active member of the North Carolina Bar.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in property insurance litigation.
  • Proficient in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Westlaw and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in depositions and mediations.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working independently.
