About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to join our team at Tecknomic LLC. As a Career Coach, you will work with clients to evaluate their background, skills, and interests, and match them with potential job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' background, skills, and interests to identify job opportunities
  • Coach and prepare clients for interviews and re-entry into the workforce
  • Leverage clients' work experience to identify job opportunities and match qualified individuals with employment opportunities
  • Provide weekly virtual coaching via MS Teams or Zoom
  • Develop and implement career coaching plans to help clients achieve their career goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in career coaching or a related field
  • Experience in providing 1:1 coaching to MBA/Master's level clients
  • Knowledge of career development principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Career Coach certification or other relevant HR certification
