About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to join our team at Tecknomic LLC. As a Career Coach, you will work with clients to evaluate their background, skills, and interests, and match them with potential job openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients' background, skills, and interests to identify job opportunities
- Coach and prepare clients for interviews and re-entry into the workforce
- Leverage clients' work experience to identify job opportunities and match qualified individuals with employment opportunities
- Provide weekly virtual coaching via MS Teams or Zoom
- Develop and implement career coaching plans to help clients achieve their career goals
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in career coaching or a related field
- Experience in providing 1:1 coaching to MBA/Master's level clients
- Knowledge of career development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Career Coach certification or other relevant HR certification
