About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Database Support Specialist to join our team at Remote Career. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence
  • Perform various data entry tasks
  • Greet clients and visitors, answer incoming calls, and take messages
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate work tickets with building management

Requirements:

  • An associate degree is required
  • 1+ years of professional office experience
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially with Excel
  • Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and all levels of office personnel
  • Proactive and attentive to detail; demonstrate poise and professionalism in both written and verbal communication

What We Offer:
