About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support in various human resources responsibilities, including training, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Provide administrative support in the areas of employee recruitment, hiring, retention, and evaluation.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
  • Employee Onboarding and Support: Provide support for employee onboarding, as well as employee exit meetings.
  • Training and Development: Conduct orientation and training for administrative staff as needed, and train HR Coordinators and Supervisors on progressive corrective action process.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, state and federal employment-related rules.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations with staff and management, and provide objective feedback and solution-focused recommendations in resolving conflict and employee relation matters.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: One year experience in an administrative position.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of labor standards, data entry, worker's compensation reporting, OSHA reporting, and affirmative action data integrity.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel: Travel 25-50% or as needed.
