In this key position, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing advanced strategies aimed at enhancing the collection of geospatial intelligence, thereby directly aiding the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in tackling intricate global issues. Your expertise in offering informed recommendations regarding collection capabilities, platforms, and methodologies will be essential in shaping collection requirements, tasking plans, and prioritizing collection efforts—ensuring that these initiatives are both accurate and impactful.

By continuously refining collection strategies to foresee and mitigate emerging threats, you will help maximize the effectiveness of GEOINT resources, ensuring that mission-critical goals are not only achieved but surpassed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active Top-Secret / SCI clearance and demonstrate a willingness to obtain a CI polygraph.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 3 years of experience, or over 5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of collection platform operations and capabilities to devise effective collection strategies, enhancing data quality and resource utilization.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of GIS principles and proficiency in ArcGIS to develop detailed, accurate, and tailored geospatial layers, perform thorough analyses, and produce high-quality visualizations and reports for effective source strategy formulation.
  • Show solid knowledge of GEOINT systems requirements and capabilities to design more effective collection strategies, optimizing data quality and resource management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • GEOINT Proficiency Certification-Fundamentals (GPC-F)
  • GEOINT Proficiency Certification-Collections (GPC-C)
