Your Responsibilities:
  • Exemplify and uphold our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons through genuine engagement and timely service.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the company's standard recipes.
  • Prepare the bar for success by ensuring fresh juices, crushed ice, and garnishes are readily available.
  • Build rapport with regular guests, including members of the Fairbanks Society.
  • Maintain a fully stocked bar area with all necessary products, clean glassware, and garnishes.
  • Ensure bottles and glasses are organized for efficient drink preparation and promotion.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all bar areas.
  • Be knowledgeable about all New Holland products and menu offerings.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and best practices regarding alcohol service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to ten hours.
  • Capability to reach, bend, and lift over one hundred pounds regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior bartending experience.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency.
  • Cicerone, Barsmarts, and ServeSafe certifications, or the willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
