Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Specialist to join our team at New Holland Brewing Company LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage seating rotations, organize reservations, and maintain a clean and organized host stand.
• Assist servers and bartenders with food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Perform tasks such as bussing, sanitizing, and rolling silverware to maintain a clean and efficient dining area.
• Run food to tables, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing a remarkable experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
