Clinical Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Mount Carmel Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in providing education and training to our nursing staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs to meet the learning needs of our nursing staff.
- Act as a resource for staff regarding critical thinking, equipment use, and problem-solving in clinical situations.
- Develop and review standards of care, policies, procedures, and practice guidelines to reflect current evidence-based practice and changing technology.
- Collaborate with other organizations to provide education and promote learning, including language access services to support diverse patient populations.
- Master's Degree in Nursing required.
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience in area of specialization preferred.
