Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer information.
  • Flow Management: Coordinate and monitor the flow of vehicles through the service department to ensure timely repair and delivery.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Compliance and Policy: Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
