- Address inquiries received via email related to reservations.
- Promote additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Clearly communicate daily pricing and promotional offers to customers.
- Verify the validity of current coupons as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative team environment while prioritizing accuracy and exceptional customer service.
Additional Duties
- Handle general phone inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and manage voicemail as required.
- Keep supervisors informed of guest feedback and concerns.
- Arrive punctually for shifts and ensure important information is relayed to subsequent staff.
- Be knowledgeable about safety protocols and assist during emergencies as instructed by management.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Complete other assigned tasks as directed by management.
- Maintain a drug-free workplace; may be subject to drug testing and background checks.

- Clear communication using two-way radios.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets/Docs is preferred.
- Experience with credit card transactions.
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Customer Service and Reservations Coordinators will primarily work in the Customer Service Center or similar environments. The workspace may be subject to breezy conditions due to proximity to entrances. Daily tasks involve frequent communication, typing, reaching, and viewing a computer screen while engaging with customers. The role requires:
- Extended periods of sitting, with occasional standing.
- Ability to lift or lower items weighing up to 15 lbs as needed.
- Capability to exert force when handling items such as filing cabinet drawers.
- Walking outdoors over uneven, icy, or snow-covered surfaces as necessary.
