Technical Product Owner ERP Plan

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner ERP Plan & Source SCC to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving global standardization within Pharma of ERP technology solutions in the scope of Supply Chain Collaboration, Subcontracting, Contract Manufacturing (CMO) collaboration, Intra & Intercompany stock transfer and Planning impact on collaboration/integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Definition: Engage with Business Partners to define user stories, shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Solution Design: Lead in the overall translation of business requirements into technical solutions, lead how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience, ensuring system configuration to comply solution design.
- Product Delivery: Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with business partners, accountable to manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed.
- Domain Expertise: Strong Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes: Supply Chain Collaboration, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong Knowledge of SAP BN SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration), Ariba SCC, SAP SNC (Supply network Collaboration) technical capabilities: Materials Management, Procurement, Material Requirement Planning, Supplier Relationship Management.
- Experience: Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations, Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
- Applied knowledge of SAP BN SCC, S/4 HANA.
- Experience working in a global/regional setting.
- Experience in a large-scale business transformation program.
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $99,000 to $170,200 USD, and an annual performance bonus. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Primary Location NA-US-New Jersey-Titusville. Other Locations Europe/Middle East/Africa-Switzerland-Zug-Zug, NA-United States, Europe/Middle East/Africa-Belgium-Antwerp-Beerse, Europe/Middle East/Africa.
