Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HIS Fluency Solution Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting customers with implementing the Fluency product line software, providing training on its effective use, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in implementing the Fluency product line software
  • Train customers on the most effective use of the Fluency product line software
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and work towards successful resolutions
  • Ensure continuous support, use, optimization of workflows, and client relationship of the Fluency product line software for the life of the client contract
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and three (3) years of Healthcare IT/HIM/Clinical Care customer service and/or Healthcare Client account management experience
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited university and seven (7) years of Healthcare IT/HIM/Clinical Care customer service and/or Healthcare Client account management experience
  • Three (3) years of experience with speech recognition
  • Three (3) years of experience with EHR/EMR healthcare systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with speech recognition in the physician user domain
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time domestically & internationally
  • In-depth knowledge of the health information industry as related to the physician
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, implementation, and physician training
  • Excellent virtual training skills
  • Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers/implementations at once
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively and follow up with customers timely
