- Implement appropriately challenging coursework to support students in achieving their maximum potential.
- Provide students with clear written expectations, including syllabi, policies, assignment guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Administer assessments that align with course content, including a comprehensive final examination to evaluate students' understanding of course objectives.
- Utilize diverse instructional methods to affirm the value and dignity of all learners and uphold their right to education.
- Foster a conducive learning environment that encourages open dialogue while promoting academic integrity and objectivity.
- Prepare thoroughly for classes and arrive punctually for all scheduled instructional activities.
- Deliver content in a clear and accessible manner.
- Address student inquiries and feedback promptly, both during class and through designated communication channels.
- Manage routine departmental procedures effectively as assigned by the department chair.
A Master's Degree or higher in Physics, along with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject area is required.
