About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Information Specialist I to join our team in Louisville, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing medical records requests, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
  • Maintain working knowledge of company software and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes.
  • Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and clerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
