Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team in the Eureka area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising Guayaki Yerba Mate's complete line of products to small and large format stores throughout the Eureka area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated sales route, servicing existing customers and acquiring new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent service
  • Maximize sales opportunities by promoting company products and identifying customer needs
  • Build and merchandise displays throughout each account with Guayaki Yerba Mate product
  • Ensure accurate product delivery and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Driver's License with clean driving record and meet DOT driving standards
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Previous sales experience is desirable, but not required
  • Additional Language skills an advantage
