Guest Service Director

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead our front desk, reservations, and audit teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Marriott.

As a seasoned professional with 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a branded hotel environment, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, and maintaining excellent communication and coordination with team members and other departments.

About the Job:
  • Lead the front desk, reservations, and audit teams, as well as general guest services.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with the team to set the tone for exceptional guest service and demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of guest services, including front desk, reservations, and audit.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines, often with minimal supervision.
