Front Office Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our dynamic team in delivering outstanding customer service and an exceptional guest experience at Marriott.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, reservations, and audit teams, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead the front desk, reservations, and audit teams, as well as general guest services.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve outstanding guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with the team to set the tone for exceptional guest service and demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of guest services, including front desk, reservations, and audit.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines, often with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a branded hotel environment.
  • College degree or coursework in hospitality-related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred, with Spanish language skills being beneficial.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
