Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, VoIP, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Deploy and maintain conference room technology, including computers, cameras, microphones, speakers, and VoIP devices.
  • Work with members, guests, and team to resolve technical issues and ensure technology on property is operating at full capacity.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement solutions to improve our technical infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with Tier 1 IT & Tech support issues.
  • Intimate knowledge of troubleshooting general IT, network infrastructure, and AV systems.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking, management, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
