About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience: Engage with patients to provide personalized care and support, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operations: Perform a range of pharmacy tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • People & Performance Management: Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
