As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will be responsible for providing care across various medical surgical units within the hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and experience while working in a dynamic environment.
Shifts are scheduled from 7am to 7pm, including rotating weekends and holidays. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available for night shift RNs.

Job Summary and QualificationsI. Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills while understanding the unique needs of the patient population served. Care delivery is tailored to meet the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of each patient. The RN may rotate to various areas and will perform duties within their demonstrated competencies.
II. Position Requirements:
A. Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or active multistate nursing licensure.
Current BLS and ACLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
B. Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
C. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
Ability to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Exhibits strong organizational skills and provides safe, effective patient care in alignment with the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice. Demonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, and communicates professionally with all stakeholders.
