Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining tooling and press equipment, sharpening and making shim sets for punches and dies, and developing fixtures for assembly and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining tooling and press equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and sharpen shim sets for punches and dies to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with Tooling Engineers and Tool makers to develop skills in maintaining dies and fixtures
- Work in a climate-controlled environment with a full benefits package, including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off
