Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to create tools, fixtures, and special projects as needed.
• Conduct mechanical, plumbing, and electrical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Conduct regular OSHA and safety inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Industrial maintenance experience with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
