Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support our attorneys in the fields of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mail and prepare pleadings/discovery responses
  • Prepare expert review packages and reports to clients
  • Manage telephone contact with clients and schedule important deadlines
  • Review medical records and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a law office setting
  • Excellent communication, typing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
