The Clinical Inventory Specialist is a critical role within GHX, responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring timely delivery to hospital locations.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to hospital staff and teams.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to meet required standards to work within a hospital, including background check, drug test, and medical vaccinations.
  • State-issued driver's license and clean driving record preferred, with reliable transportation and ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports.
  • Must present a professional appearance and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical and/or pharmaceutical product knowledge.
  • 1 year of inventory count or supply chain experience preferred.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent travel across the US, with occasional overnight stays. The employee will be required to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods, walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motion activities. The ability to lift up to 50lbs is also required.

The compensation for the Clinical Inventory Specialist can range from $18.00 per hour, with the base hourly range representing the anticipated low and high end of GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, including candidate qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
