Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of processes for chemical production.
  • Utilize process simulations and modeling techniques to boost operational efficiency and product excellence.
  • Formulate and execute process control methodologies, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
  • Identify and resolve process-related challenges while implementing effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration of processes.
  • Comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to junior engineering staff.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of practical experience within the chemical industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of process control systems, including DCS and PLC.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
