Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing expert speech and language therapy to students with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), to address individual student needs and goals.
  • Therapy Delivery: Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, to foster student growth and progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support for student outcomes.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, ensuring compliance with state and school policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Prior experience in schools is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for working with students and families.
